Roller and Needle Bearings

We design and manufacture cylindrical roller bearings, cross roller bearings, and tapered roller bearings, taking on orders of different sizes and specifications to meet each customer's needs. Our production system is highly versatile and allows us to manufacture both large quantities of products and smaller orders.

We produce only custom-made special bearings, so we know how to develop the right solution for each application.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Cylindrical roller bearings or needle roller bearings can be single- or multi-row, full complement or caged.

Roller and needle roller bearings can withstand only radial loads, even very strong ones, with moderate rotational speeds.

To make maximum use of the available space, cylindrical roller bearings with one or more full-fill crowns are made.

In the cage variant they can withstand very high loads and operate at high speeds.

Depending on technical requirements, they can have special coatings, e.g., chrome, phosphating, galvanizing, or black oxide.

In most cases they are made of typical chromium bearing steel, either full hardening or case hardening.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Planetary gearboxes, textile machines.

Crossed Roller Bearings

Crossed roller bearings are elements used in applications where high precision is required.

Cross-roller bearings offer the same advantages as four-contact bearings, so they can carry radial and axial loads in both directions and also overturning moments, but they have an additional advantage: greater smoothness and stiffness.

They can be made of typical chromium bearing steel, full hardening, case-hardening or induction hardening.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Machine tools, robotics.

Tapered Roller Bearings

These bearings have inclined race ways to allow proper fit with tapered rollers. They can be single- or double-row roller bearings.

Tapered roller bearings allow high radial and axial loads; in the single-row version they must always be coupled with another bearing.

Internal construction always involves the use of a cage, usually made of metal, to allow proper spacing and alignment of the rollers.

This type of bearing also can withstand high rotational speeds.

They can be made of typical chromium bearing steel, full hardening, case-hardening or induction hardening.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Gearboxes, axles.
