Manufacturers of Ball Bearings in Italy

We are considered a leader among ball bearing manufacturers in Italy and Europe.

Because of the flexibility in our production processes, we can produce batches of both large and small numbers of parts.

If you are looking for a ball bearing sales partner, we can make the following special custom bearings:

Radial Rigid Ball Bearings

Because of their simple geometry, deep groove ball bearings are very versatile, robust and economical. They can generally carry only radial loads with small axial components.

They can be made in many variations:

  • Shielded with grease (for life);
  • Open without grease;
  • Lubricated directly in the machine with oil or grease.

In addition, they can be produced with various types of cages: brass, steel, plastic or, depending on the requirements of use, full-fill (without a cage).

In special cases, ceramic balls can be adopted.

In the cage version they can withstand high speeds of rotation. Depending on technical requirements they can have special coatings, e.g., chrome, phosphating, galvanizing or black oxide.

In most cases they are made of typical chromium steel for full hardening bearings or from case hardening. For special application requirements they can be made of stainless steel.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Marble cutting, electric motors, textile looms, bicycles.

Oblique Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact bearings have similar construction to deep groove bearings except for the specific track geometry to withstand combined radial and axial loads.

In the single-row version they must always be coupled with another opposing bearing, usually the same, but for specific cases also with different size and contact angle.

As the contact angle increases, the axial load bearing capacity also increases.

They can be made in many variations:

  • Shielded with grease (for life);
  • Open without grease;
  • Lubricated directly in the machine with oil or grease.

In addition, they can be produced with various types of cages: brass, steel, plastic depending on the requirements of use.

When preloaded, they have the advantage of offering high stiffness. They can withstand very high rotational speeds depending on the contact angle.

Depending on technical requirements, they can have special coatings, e.g., chrome, phosphating, galvanizing, or black oxide.

In most cases they are made of typical chromium bearing steel, either full hardening or case hardening. For special application requirements they can be made of stainless steel. In special cases ceramic balls can be adopted.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Textile looms, Planetary gearboxes, machine tools, axles, bottling machines.

Four-Contact Bearings

Four-contact bearings have similar construction to angular bearings with the geometry specially designed to withstand combined loads. Compared with 2-row or single-row paired angular bearings, they offer the advantage of occupying little axial space.

Due to the special internal geometry, they can bear radial and axial loads in both directions and also overturning moments.

They can be made in many variations:

  • Shielded with grease (for life);
  • Open without grease;
  • Lubricated directly in the machine with oil or grease.

They are normally full-turn ball bearings and have plastic separators to improve rolling and durability.

When preloaded, they have the advantage of offering high stiffness. They cannot operate at high RPM.

Depending on technical requirements, they can have special coatings, e.g., chrome, phosphating, galvanizing, or black oxide.

They can be made of typical chromium bearing steel, full hardening, case-hardening or induction hardening.

Inner Ø 10 min to outer Ø 800 MAX.

Wheel motors, robotics gearboxes, rotary tables, machine tools, robotics (axis movement).
