The Code of Ethics expresses the set of duties and ethical responsibilities in the conduct of business and corporate activities in general of CPM SpA. The addressees of the Code of Ethics are the Company, the collaborators of the Company, the freelance professionals, the consultants and business partners and in any case all those subjects operating under the direction and supervision of the Company, as well as the shareholders of the Company itself.
The principles and rules of conduct of the Code of Ethics enrich the decision-making processes, professional training and guide the conduct of the Company; these rules and principles are binding for the Recipients.
The Company, sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business activities and to provide for an ethical responsibility of the Recipients, has adopted this Code of Ethics.
CPM SpA therefore requires from its main suppliers and customers a conduct in line with the principles set out in this Code of Ethics.
The approval of the Code of Ethics takes place in the context of the adoption by the company of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, of which the Code of Ethics is an integral part.
