We specialize in the production of custom bearings and are distinguished by considerable flexibility in production batch sizes. We can meet demands ranging from large to small scale, always ensuring product quality and attention to detail.

Designing Custom Bearings

The design of custom bearings starts with input received from the customer and an initial consultative phase during which characteristics and any critical issues of the project are examined.

Then theCPM Technical Department prepares the preliminary design using in-house software and submits it to the customer. If the proposed solution meets 100% of the customer's technical requirements, it goes into production, otherwise the design is optimized until the requirements are fully met.

Further product development can also take place after initial sampling and subsequent analysis of the tested parts by CPM Technical Support.

Our production consists entirely of special bearings; all of our bearings are made to customer drawings or to meet specific dimensional and/or performance requirements.
